These conditions regulate the online sale of products and services offered by Muxu by Violeta
Gladstone, including, where applicable, flowers, plants, floral arrangements, decorative objects,
publications, gift cards, workshops, and other services or experiences linked to the brand.
3. Acceptance of conditions
Placing an order through the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these
conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. The buyer declares
that they are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.
4. Product and service information
Muxu by Violeta Gladstone ensures that the information, photographs, descriptions, prices, and
availability of products are correct and up to date. However, colors may
vary depending on the device screen; floral and plant products may show natural variations
in shape, opening, size, or shade; and in handcrafted products, there may be slight
differences compared to the image shown. These variations will not be considered defects
when they do not substantially alter the nature and value of the product.

stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, will be reported separately before
confirming the purchase. Muxu by Violeta Gladstone reserves the right to modify prices at
any time, although the price in effect at the time the order is finalized will apply.

will be refunded.

subject to seasonality or market availability, Muxu by Violeta Gladstone may make substitutions with
materials of equivalent value, quality, and style, striving to keep the final result as faithful
as possible to the product purchased.
